Data & Transformation Analyst

Job Description Your role: As a Data & Transformation Analyst in the Cloudification & Software Hub, you will be responsible for turning cross-BU data into decisions that improve cost, compliance, and speed for 3rd-party BOM Software and Cloud Products. This includes standardizing components, preventing license/entitlement risk, and unlocking savings. You will collaborate daily with various stakeholders such as Product Owner(s), ServiceNow/Cloud engineers, Integration & Data Architects, Procurement (S2P/Category), R&D/PLM (Windchill), Finance, and Quality/Regulatory teams. Additionally, you will build expertise in cloud data tooling, product analytics, program leadership, and have the opportunity to grow into a strategic PM/PO or Architecture-adjacent role. Job Responsibilities: - Apply data science/analytics to monitor and report KPIs specific to 3rd-party BOM software, including usage by product/BOM, license & entitlement status, renewal risk, vendor spend, savings pipeline, and standardization/adoption. - Implement robust monitoring and controls in SHUB (ServiceNow) for catalog completeness, AVL checks (WindchillSAP), data quality rules, and compliance signals tied to BOM lineage. - Partner with PM, Architects, and system owners to define data and mappings across Windchill, SAP, Azure Data Lake, and ServiceNow ensuring lineage/traceability for BOM-scoped third-party software. - Assist with medium-complexity projects related to digital transformation, adhering to Agile and Project Management Professional (PMP) methodologies, ensuring successful delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. - Identify opportunities for process improvement using analytical insights, collaborating with Business Process Experts (BPEs) and senior management to drive efficiency, innovation, and strategic alignment. - Enable adoption and change by preparing materials, running demos/UAT, and coaching engineers and buyers on how programs support software discovery, requests, and compliance. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree in Business Administration or Management, Supply Chain Management, Data Analysis and Analytics, Engineering or equivalent. - Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR minimum 3 years of experience with relevant Master's. Nice to have: experience with ServiceNow, PLM/ERP integration to Windchill/SAP, Azure Data Lake pipelines, and KPI/BI development in Power BI or Tableau. - Strong data science/analytics skills with exposure to cloud/software platforms; experience with product/BOM data is a plus. - Strategic problem-solving abilities with excellent stakeholder management skills and working knowledge of Agile/SAFe and PMP practices. - Ability to quickly learn Procurement concepts; prior Procurement experience is a plus. - Excellent communication skills and comfortable navigating ambiguity. - Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities, while field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers or suppliers locations.
