Data, Systems, and Document Associate

Role Overview: You will be responsible for performing study protocol review for new test code setup in LIMS and other study setup activities. Additionally, you will support the authoring, revision, and retirement of controlled documents like Policies, SOPs, Guides, and Forms for the Global Immunology & Immunotoxicology (I&I) department. You will also act as an Analytical Processes/Working Document (AP/WD) Librarian and document coordinator, as well as assist in administrative activities related to the Learning Management System of the Global I&I department. Coordination and updating of quarterly Organizational Charts for the Global I&I department will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Perform study protocol review for new test code setup in LIMS - Support the authoring, revision, and retirement of controlled documents - Act as an AP/WD Librarian and document coordinator - Assist in administrative activities related to the Learning Management System - Coordinate and update quarterly Organizational Charts - Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/Master's degree in life sciences - 2+ years of relevant experience - Experience working with Watson LIMS is highly desirable but not mandatory Labcorp is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages all individuals to apply.
