About the Role:

DataStage Developer

Key Responsibilities:

ETL Design & Development:

Develop robust and scalable ETL solutions using IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
Design workflows and data pipelines to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses or data lakes.
Optimize ETL processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.

Data Integration & Management:

Integrate data from multiple source systems (e.g., relational databases, flat files, APIs).
Implement data cleansing, deduplication, transformation, and validation logic.
Work with structured and semi-structured data formats (CSV, XML, JSON, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g.,
AWS, Azure, GCP
) and cloud-based data services.
Knowledge of
data modeling
and
dimensional modeling
(e.g., star and snowflake schemas).
Experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies.
Exposure to other ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend) is a plus.
