Data Scrubbing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data cleansing, data validation, and data quality assurance tasks to maintain database accuracy and consistency
  
• Conduct web research and data scraping to gather information from various online sources
  
• Extract and analyze data from structured and unstructured sources
  
• Perform lead generation and contact information extraction
  
• Manage and maintain large datasets using MS Excel, SQL, and other tools
  
• Work on advanced Excel functions like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros
  
• Collaborate with the team to streamline data operations and improve data processing workflows
  
• Generate MIS reports and dashboards to highlight data quality trends and issues
  
• Ensure timely delivery of data with high accuracy
  
• Maintain data privacy and adhere to security protocols during data handling
  

Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Data Cleansing and Data Validation techniques
  
• Proficient in Web Research, Data Scraping, and Data Extraction
  
• Hands-on experience with Advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros)
  
• Basic knowledge of SQL queries
  
• Good understanding of Data Mining and Data Warehousing concepts
  
• Familiarity with MIS Reporting and Dashboard creation
  
• Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics (advantageous)
  
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  
• Attention to detail and accuracy
  
• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi (preferred)
  

Educational Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
  

Preferred Experience

• 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in Data Operations, Data Scrubbing, Data Mining, Data Analysis, Web Research, or a similar role
