Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a part of the A.com Digital Media and Digital Experience product analytics teams, operating across various responsibilities such as web analytics, insights, hypothesis testing, SEO analytics, forecasting, data modeling, and data sciences. Your primary focus will be on driving deeper customer analytics and insights using Adobe Experience Cloud and Big Data Platform to develop meaningful insights across multiple web surfaces. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize analytics tools like Adobe Experience Cloud and Hive/SQL to analyze data and deliver insights on visitor/customer behavior on A.com web, mobile, web apps, desktop apps, products, and checkout flows - Draw insights from structured and unstructured data, identify trends, and understand customer behavior and market dynamics - Collaborate with different teams to understand customer journeys, support RTB process, and track business targets - Develop and apply various models for Forecasting, SEO, LTV, Optimization, and more - Own SEO analytics and create statistical models for SEO, providing updates on SEO space evolution to leadership - Set business targets for Adobe surfaces using data science models and forecasting methodologies - Review test hypotheses, develop growth plans, analyze test results, and provide actionable insights for stakeholders - Utilize voice of the customer analytics to understand customer intent and provide insights - Analyze data sources to optimize growth and engagement KPIs across Adobe.com and Adobe products - Collaborate with data engineering team to create reports and dashboards for effective communication of insights Qualifications Required: - 3 to 5 years of experience - Proficiency in analytics tools such as Adobe Experience Cloud, Hive/SQL - Strong understanding of data analysis, customer behavior, and market dynamics - Experience in SEO analytics and statistical modeling - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide actionable insights - Strong communication skills for effective reporting and presentation of insights (Note: The additional details of the company were not present in the provided job description),
