Job Description

Location: Gurgaon Experience: 35 years Type: Full-time, Onsite About the Role We are looking for a Data Scientist to build predictive models, optimize ad campaigns, and develop recommendation systems for global e-commerce sellers. Tech Stack ML & AI: Scikit-learn, XGBoost, Pandas, NumPy Data Processing: Jupyter, SQL, PySpark Workflow & Deployment: Airflow, MLflow, AWS Sagemaker Responsibilities Develop ML models for ad optimization, spend prediction, and campaign automation Process marketplace data (Amazon, Flipkart) into actionable insights Build recommendation systems for budget allocation and ad creatives Collaborate with data engineers and backend developers for full-stack ML solutions Requirements 3+ years of experience in Data Science & Machine Learning Strong skills in Python ML ecosystem (Scikit-learn, XGBoost, Pandas) Experience in A/B testing, business KPIs, and large-scale data processing Bonus: Experience with ad-tech, e-commerce, or analytics platforms Apply at: aradhna.anand@xneeti.com
