Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Experience in performance monitoring, strategic process improvements and predictive risk management,
38 years
of experience as a Data Scientist or Data Engineer role.
Strong proficiency in
Python (pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
or
R
.
Hands-on experience with
machine learning, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics
.
Excellent understanding of
data wrangling, feature engineering, and model evaluation
,
Data Visualization: Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn
Data Management: SQL, SSMS, data warehousing concepts
Experience with
deep learning
, Supervised/unsupervised learning
NLP
Develop predictive models (using AI/ML) to forecast risks and propose mitigation measures.
Introduce automation and AI-driven insights for predictive management
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports for senior management.
Benchmark OTP performance against competitors and industry standards
Solid experience with
SQL
and working with relational and non-relational databases.
Familiarity with
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, GCP) and
ML pipeline tools
(MLflow, SageMaker, Airflow, etc.).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
