Job Description

Job Summary:

Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze large and complex data sets to discover patterns, trends, and insights.
Design and build machine learning models for prediction, classification, clustering, recommendation, etc.
Communicate results and business impact clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with data engineers to improve data quality, availability, and pipelines.
Translate business problems into data science solutions and deploy them into production.
Monitor model performance and retrain when necessary.
Develop dashboards and reports using BI tools to track KPIs and metrics.
Stay current with the latest techniques in machine learning, AI, and data science.

Required Skills :

Strong programming skills in Python or R.
Experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) and visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).
Proficiency in machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost).
Solid understanding of statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
Experience with SQL and working with relational databases.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure (e.g., S3, BigQuery, SageMaker).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
