Description
Job Title: Data Scientist Location: India Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Scientist to lead the development of AI-driven data conversion solutions. This role requires deep expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and AI model integration to drive intelligent data mapping, code generation, and validation processes. Key Responsibilities: Develop AI-powered applications for data conversion and transformation. Implement machine learning algorithms for data mapping and code generation. Apply AI-driven validation techniques to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and analytics teams. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI models in production environments. Maintain detailed documentation of methodologies and development processes. Stay current with emerging trends in AI, data science, and conversion technologies. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, or related field. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Experience in data mapping, AI-based code generation, and data validation. Strong understanding of databases (SQL Server, MongoDB). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong collaboration and communication abilities. A "fail-fast, learn-fast" mindset aligned with agile development. Preferred Qualifications: Background in Financial Services or compliance-heavy environments. Certifications in Data Science or AI/ML. Experience with MDM, ETL, and DevOps tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket). Familiarity with Azure AI/ML stack (Synapse, Databricks, Cognitive Services, etc.).
