Data Scientist

Role Overview: You will lead and execute complex data science initiatives that drive high-impact business decisions. Your responsibilities will include developing, deploying, and communicating advanced analytical models. Additionally, you will offer technical guidance to junior data scientists and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve data-driven outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement advanced statistical and machine learning models to address complex business challenges. - Lead full-cycle analytics projects, from problem definition to data exploration, model development, evaluation, and deployment. - Collaborate with stakeholders to align data science solutions with business objectives and priorities. - Provide technical mentorship to junior team members and facilitate knowledge sharing across the team. - Translate complex modeling outputs into actionable insights and present findings to senior leadership. - Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and data science tools. - Contribute to the enhancement of analytical workflows, code standards, and data governance. - Apply sound judgment to navigate ambiguous problems and propose scalable solutions. - Perform any other duties required to support the data science team and organizational goals. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics. - Advanced proficiency in Python or R, SQL, and machine learning libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow). - Strong understanding of statistical analysis, experimental design, and model evaluation techniques. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Demonstrated experience in leading complex data projects and driving measurable business outcomes. - Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and MLOps practices is a plus.
