You will play a crucial role in understanding patient populations, biomarkers, and drug targets, thereby accelerating the development of life-changing medicines. **Key Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with R&D stakeholders to implement scalable data and technology solutions aligned with the data42 strategy. - Serve as a data Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Real World Data (RWD) and its diverse modalities, vocabularies, and non-traditional forms. - Contribute to data strategy implementation including data quality frameworks, regulatory requirements, and integration with enterprise catalog. - Define and execute advanced analytical approaches and research methodologies to support the use of AI models for RWD analysis. - Stay updated with emerging trends and drive the development of advanced analytic capabilities for data42. - Work collaboratively across various business domains and therapeutic areas to solve complex business problems. **Qualifications Required:** - PhD or MSc. in a quantitative discipline with expertise in artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning. - 8+ years of experience in Data Science or 4+ years post-qualification in case of PhD. - Proficiency in Statistical and Machine Learning techniques, tools like Python, R (optional), SQL, and exposure to dashboard building using PowerBI, R-Shiny, Flask. - Knowledge of data standards such as OHDSI OMOP, FHIR HL7, and experience with big data programming and cloud platforms like AWS, DataBricks, or SnowFlake. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in matrix collaboration environments.
