Only Mumbai Candidates are preferred. JD Requirement Gathering And Analysis - Document and Analyse business requirement from various stakeholders. Solution Design - Design and Configure salesforce solutions based on business needs. Ensuring alignment with organisation goals. Process optimisation - Identify and design workflows to improve business process and automation within salesforce and associated tools Documentation and Colloboration - Working closely with support and development team to ensure successful implementation and adoption Testing and Training - Participate in UATs with stakeholders and ensuring right trainings given to new/ existing users Solution implementation and data management - Ensuring implementation and scalability keeping budgets control and ensuring the data accuracy, and integrity Reporting - Using salesforce reporting and analytics for tracking performance Experience: 4-5 Years of experience in Similar role preferably for Construction/ Real estate domain Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Data analysis and Modeling, Statistical analysis skills, Python or R with Machine Learning Skills, Data visualization
