Data Scientist - Operations Research

Role Overview:

Data Scientist with strong expertise in operations research

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy optimization models (LP, MIP, heuristics, constraint programming) for complex real-world problems.
• Build scalable optimization pipelines with

  Gurobi

  (or similar solvers) and Python.
• Work closely with customers to define problems, gather requirements, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Communicate findings and model outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with research in operations research and optimization methods.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in optimization, operations research, or applied data science.
• Strong experience with

  Gurobi

  (preferred), CPLEX, or OR-Tools.
• Solid mathematical foundation in optimization and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers directly.
• Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Operations Research, Industrial Eng, Applied Math, or related field.
