Job Summary:

Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to uncover trends and patterns.
• Develop and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, visualizations, and presentations.
• Collaborate with product, technology, and business teams to integrate data-driven solutions into operations.
• Continuously improve models and processes based on new data, business requirements, and feedback.
• Conduct A/B testing and experimental design to validate hypotheses.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in data science, AI, and analytics tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Should have 3 plus years of relevant experience
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
