About this Role:
We are looking for a Lead Data Scientist to join our growing data team at Fam. As the data science lead, you will shape how data is leveraged to drive key business decisions, you will use statistical and machine learning techniques to optimize user experience, platform performance, and operational efficiency. You will mentor and grow a small team of data scientists, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to unlock insights and productionalise data science solutions to create significant impact.
