Data Scientist Lead

Role Overview: As a Machine Learning and AI Solutions Architect at Wipro, your main responsibility will be to define, architect, and lead the delivery of cutting-edge machine learning and AI solutions. You will play a crucial role in demand generation, revenue generation through building and operationalizing machine learning and deep learning solutions, as well as team management. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and consulting teams to create solutions and propositions for proactive demand generation. - Develop solutions and proof of concepts aligned with key offerings to facilitate solution-led sales. - Partner with various colleges and institutes for recruitment, joint research initiatives, and provision of data science courses. - Design machine learning/deep learning models for decision augmentation or automation solutions. - Collaborate with ML Engineers, Data engineers, and IT to assess ML deployment options. - Integrate model performance management tools into the existing business infrastructure. - Support the recruitment process to onboard the right resources for the team. - Provide onboarding and training for team members to enhance capability and effectiveness. - Conduct timely performance reviews, give constructive feedback to direct reports, and be a role model to the team.
