Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Scientist Intern to join our analytics and research team. This role involves working with structured and unstructured data, building predictive models, and generating actionable insights that support strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from multiple sources
• Perform exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling
• Develop machine learning models and evaluate their performance
• Visualize data and model outputs using tools like Python, R, Power BI, or Tableau
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data into strategic insights
• Document methodologies, experiments, and findings clearly

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
• Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and data mining techniques
• Proficiency in Python or R, and familiarity with libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, NumPy, etc.
• Experience with SQL and working with databases
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Self-driven and detail-oriented
