On-site Agency : PivotRoots Job Description : PivotRoots, a Havas Company, is seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist with 6-8 years of experience to develop and implement advanced customer science models that drive actionable insights and measurable business impact. This role demands expertise in predictive modeling, customer analytics, and cloud technologies to enhance data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Lead the development of sophisticated customer science models including churn prediction, customer segmentation frameworks, and lifetime value (LTV) models Translate complex business problems into analytical solutions that address marketing use cases Oversee data pipeline development and optimization across cloud platforms Mentor and develop a team of data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and measure the impact of data-driven strategies Establish best practices for model development, validation, and deployment Required Qualifications Minimum 6 years of experience building customer science models, particularly in churn modeling , segmentation frameworks, and LTV modeling Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and model development Demonstrated experience working with cloud platforms including GCP and AWS Expert-level knowledge of big data technologies including BigQuery and AWS Redshift Experience applying data science to marketing use cases and problems Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders Bachelors degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related) Preferred Qualifications Experience with AWS EMR Studio Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in a quantitative discipline Experience leading data science teams Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools Understanding of the Indian market dynamics and customer behavior What We Offer Opportunity to shape the data science strategy for a growing organization Collaborative work environment with talented professionals Competitive compensation package Professional development opportunities Here at Havas across the group we pride ourselves on being committed to offering equal opportunities to all potential employees and have zero tolerance for discrimination.
