Role Title AI Developer Function Software Development Reporting Senior Manager Location & Shift Noida (11am-8pm should be flexible) Role purpose We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Data Scientist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing and deploying advanced data-driven solutions, leveraging AI, machine learning, and data analysis to drive product innovation in the fintech space. This role involves end-to-end project management, from ideation and model development to deployment, with a strong focus on generative AI, NLP, OCR, predictive modelling, cloud deployment, and model optimization. Key Accountabilities AI/ML Model Development: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to enhance our suite of fintech solutions. Work on NLP projects for text summarization, retrieval, and regulatory compliance checks using Langchain. Utilize generative AI technologies for innovative solutions in image generation, LLM fine-tuning, and chatbots Data Processing & Analysis: Integrate and deploy tools like Simplemma, Google OCR, and SpaCy for multilingual text processing and analysis. Implement solutions for processing diverse datasets, including video and images, ensuring comprehensive analysis and scrutiny. Big Data & Cloud Deployment: Deploy and manage scalable data solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), optimizing data pipelines and model performance. Use PySpark and AWS EMR clusters to handle and analyze large datasets efficiently. Implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless and automated model deployment. Model Optimization & Performance: Optimize machine learning and deep learning models for performance and scalability. Conduct hyperparameter tuning and model validation to ensure high accuracy and efficiency. Implement model retraining strategies to maintain performance with evolving data. OCR Technologies & Data Classification: Develop and integrate OCR-based solutions for automated document processing and data extraction. Apply classification techniques to categorize financial data and ensure data quality. Demand Forecasting: Employ a robust mix of machine learning, deep learning, and statistical models to customize demand projections for specific customer requirements. Use data classification techniques to refine financial models and forecasts. Predictive Analytics & Automation: Build predictive models to optimize CRM workflows, task management, and resource allocation. Automate data pipeline processes and create scalable solutions for data integration and analysis. Data-Driven Business Insights: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to derive actionable insights from large datasets. Develop dashboards and reporting tools to support decision-making. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to understand requirements and present data-driven solutions. Mentor junior data scientists and manage project timelines to ensure the delivery of high-quality AI products. Role Specific Requirements Qualification Proven experience in AI/ML model development, with a focus on generative AI, NLP, and big data processing. Experience in a fintech environment or working on financial products is a plus. Leadership experience, managing a team of data scientists or developers. Bachelors or Masters in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field. Technical Skills: Programming & Libraries: Python, R, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, Langchain, SpaCy, PySpark. Cloud Platforms: AWS (including AWS EMR), Azure, and experience with cloud-native solutions for model deployment. Model Optimization: Techniques for hyperparameter tuning, model validation, and performance monitoring. OCR Technologies: Google OCR, Tesseract, and other image-to-text conversion tools. Big Data: Hadoop, Spark, data processing on distributed systems. CI/CD & MLOps: Setting up pipelines for automated model deployment and monitoring. Other Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder management. Project management skills, with the ability to drive efficiency and meet deadlines. Data classification and demand forecasting expertise. Others Be aware of GLOBAL FPO information security, business continuity, quality and other ISO or equivalent policies/ industry standards and discharge duties against them as appropriate. Identify risks related to process and information security and treat/ mitigate the same as appropriate.
