Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing new features and models as part of the core product through applied research. Your main task will be to understand, apply, and extend state-of-the-art NLP research to enhance customer experience. Collaboration with engineering, product, and customers is crucial to scientifically frame business problems and develop underlying AI models. Your role will also involve designing, implementing, testing, deploying, and maintaining innovative data and machine learning solutions to drive business growth. Additionally, you will be expected to think creatively to identify new opportunities and contribute to high-quality publications or patents. Key Responsibilities: - Develop new features and models through applied research - Understand, apply, and extend state-of-the-art NLP research - Collaborate with engineering, product, and customers to frame business problems scientifically - Design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain innovative data and machine learning solutions - Identify new opportunities and contribute to high-quality publications or patents Qualifications Required: - At least 1 year of professional experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field - Practical experience in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, recommendation systems, and information retrieval - Experience in applying machine learning to solve complex business problems - Proficiency in Python and a deep learning framework like PyTorch or TensorFlow - Stay updated on the latest research trends in the NLP community - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Effective presentation abilities,
