Job Description

Responsibilities

Identify and define complex business problems with stakeholders.
Apply ML solutions to improve demand and supply systems.
Build mathematical models for real-world business processes.
Prioritize and solve high-impact issues to cut costs or grow revenue.
Publish research and represent the company at industry conferences.
Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy scalable ML models.
Continuously evaluate model performance and retrain as needed for accuracy.

Requirements

Strong math foundation: linear algebra, stats, calculus, optimization, etc.
Hands-on with supervised ML techniques like SVM, decision trees, neural networks.
Solid SQL/NoSQL and database system understanding.
Experience with big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.
