Data Scientist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Specialist Engineer in Data Science and AI with deep expertise in building, optimizing, and deploying Large Language Model (LLM)-based and Agentic AI systems. The ideal candidate will combine advanced data science and software engineering skills to design intelligent, autonomous, and context-aware AI agents that can perform multi-step reasoning and orchestration across data and services.

This role requires mastery in Python, including advanced Regex, asynchronous programming, and frameworks such as FastAPI, along with strong experience in SQLglot, Redis, Celery, and distributed systems. A strong communicator and architect, the candidate will be instrumental in designing scalable and explainable AI ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Agentic AI systems, enabling autonomous task planning, reasoning, and orchestration between multiple LLMs and data services.
• Architect and implement multi-agent workflows and AI orchestration layers, integrating reasoning chains, memory, and tool-use patterns.
• Design, train, fine-tune, and deploy LLMs for varied business and technical applications.
• Develop and maintain AI pipelines for model training, inference, and data processing at scale.
• Build and manage asynchronous distributed task systems using Celery and Redis for real-time and batch processing workloads.
• Develop high-performance APIs and services using the FastAPI framework to serve AI models and data insights.
• Utilize Regex and SQLglot for complex text processing, query parsing, and dynamic SQL transformations.
• Collaborate on data ingestion, transformation, and feature engineering across structured and unstructured datasets.
• Work closely with MLOps and platform teams to ensure scalable deployment and lifecycle management of models and AI agents.
• Communicate architectural designs, implementation strategies, and AI-driven outcomes effectively to both technical and business stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering, Data Science, or Applied Machine Learning roles.
• Proven hands-on experience with LLMs, Agentic AI architectures, and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Haystack.
• Deep proficiency in Python, including advanced Regex and asynchronous programming (asyncio, Celery).
• Strong working knowledge of FastAPI, Redis, Celery, and SQLglot for scalable data and AI system design.
• Experience architecting AI agent frameworks capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and execution.
• Familiarity with memory management, vector embeddings, context persistence, and tool invocation within agentic systems.
• Excellent grasp of data modeling, SQL, and data pipeline engineering.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
