As a Data Scientist at 4D Global Inc., your primary responsibility will be to analyze and structure historical company assets, documents, and operational data to develop AI models that enhance decision-making, automation, and insights. Your contributions will serve as the groundwork for AI-driven efficiencies across various areas such as claims processing, denials management, workflow automation, and predictive analytics. Responsibilities: - Develop predictive models to assess denial probability, revenue forecasting, and operational optimization. - Collaborate with AI Engineers to refine largescale ML models tailored to Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations. - Implement NLP-driven AI models to extract crucial insights from unstructured data sources like emails, call logs, and claim notes. - Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with US-based HIPAA and SOC 2 standards. - Continuously enhance the accuracy of AI models by incorporating feedback loops from real-time operational data. - Work closely with Automation Engineers and RCM domain experts to generate actionable AI-driven insights. Requirements: - Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in data science, machine learning, and AI model training. - Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, Hugging Face Transformers, and Google Vertex AI. - Familiarity with BigQuery, SQL, and cloud-based data warehousing. - Experience in NLP, statistical modeling, and time-series forecasting. - Previous exposure to RCM, healthcare data, or insurance analytics is considered a strong advantage. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively in team settings.
