!! Hiring Quality Analyst (Mega Walk In Interview) !! !! 4D Global Medical Billing Services !! Job Description Conduct advanced Quality Assurance (QA) audits on transactions based on business/client guidelines. Identify trends and root causes of quality issues and suggest process enhancements. Develop and implement Preventive and Corrective Action Plans (CAPA) to address defects. Provide detailed feedback and coaching to operations team members for continuous improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to formulate and execute quality improvement initiatives. Ensure adherence to the defined quality sampling methodology and conduct in-depth analysis. Support process standardization and help refine Quality Management System (QMS) strategies. Assist in training new Quality Analysts and operations team members on best practices. Monitor key performance metrics and provide periodic quality reports to leadership. Requirements / Qualification Minimum 2+ years of experience as a QA Analyst OR 3+ years in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Strong knowledge of Demographics, Charge Entry, Payment Posting, AR Analysis, and AR Calling. Experience in Six Sigma methodologies and process improvement (preferred). Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills. Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills. Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
