Data Science Manager - Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning

As a Data Science Manager, you will be responsible for implementing the complete analytical section of the product based on the defined functional scope. This includes extracting, collating, and cleansing data from various entities, identifying suitable databases for data storage, and implementing industry-standard statistical models with Machine Learning and Deep Learning algorithms. You will be expected to identify meaningful insights from data sources, interpret findings, and communicate them to the product manager to derive business strategies. In this role, you will visualize various dimensions of data for web and mobile platforms, showcase output through demos and prototypes, and continuously refine models for accuracy. You will also analyze trends in Data Sciences, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Augmented Intelligence, and apply the learnings to the product. Ensuring Quality, Security, Performance, Scalability, Reliability, and Availability are key factors in the implementation of the analytics system will be crucial. Your qualifications should include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field, along with 5-7 years of experience in data science. Proficiency in statistical modeling, machine learning, deep learning algorithms, Python or R programming languages, and experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and big data technologies are essential. Familiarity with data visualization tools and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and vector databases would be highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interpret and present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. You should have the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the banking domain would be an added advantage.
