Description
As an AI Decision Science Manager at Accenture, you will lead cross-functional teams in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI agents and multi-modal AI solutions that autonomously execute complex business workflows. Your role will involve defining and implementing Gen AI and agentic AI strategies for clients, ensuring the successful delivery of large-scale AI initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving innovation, building client relationships, and shaping the roadmap for autonomous AI-driven business transformation. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - **Strategic Leadership & Project Delivery** - Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and support - Provide guidance on cutting-edge Gen AI and Agentic AI technologies - Define a strategic vision for AI agent solutions aligned with client objectives - **Client & Stakeholder Engagement** - Translate complex AI concepts into actionable business solutions - Facilitate discussions on Gen AI best practices, risk management, and governance - **Advanced Generative AI & Agentic System Development** - Design and implement AI agents using frameworks like AI Refinery, LangChain, AutoGen, and CrewAI - Develop multi-agent systems for autonomous execution of complex workflows - Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations for seamless communication between AI systems - **Leverage Advanced Data Science Techniques** - Develop solutions using Computer Vision, Machine Learning, and Large Language Models (LLMs) - Clean, aggregate, analyze, and interpret data while conducting data quality assessments - **Develop and Implement AI Models** - Build and deploy AI models and Generative AI applications - Train and fine-tune LLMs using large-scale datasets for optimal performance - Evaluate model performance and implement improvements iteratively - **Solution Integration and Deployment** - Collaborate to integrate AI solutions into end-to-end workflows - Utilize cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP for model development - **Innovation and Knowledge Sharing** - Stay updated on AI and Data Science advancements - Document methodologies and findings for effective knowledge sharing **Professional & Technical Skills:** - **Must-Have Skills** - Expert proficiency in Generative AI, Agentic AI Systems, Model Context Protocol (MCP), LLMs, Multi-Agent Systems, Python, SQL - **Cloud & Infrastructure** - AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Spark, MLOps pipelines - **Specialized Knowledge** - NLP, Computer Vision, Reinforcement Learning, Multi-modal AI systems The ideal candidate for this role will have deep expertise in agentic AI systems, a track record of building autonomous AI solutions, and a strong understanding of AI safety and governance principles. Experience in developing AI/ML models is required, and familiarity with enterprise-grade AI agent deployments and production system management is preferred.
