POSITION OVERVIEW : AI Architect/Lead

POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :

'- Be the technical architect and design the implementation solution in line with customer needs, derives specification, scope of work and technical deliverables to the customer.- Design and develop Solution Architecture by systematically analysing legacy application and business requirements along with approved reference architecture- Support in developing backlog of stories .- Throrough familiarity with various fullstack tech stack ( eg Java , Springboot , react , RDBMS, NoSQL , SSO ) and architecture framework- Work closely with data migration specialist engineer to define the target data model

- Can communicate solutions, ideas, suggestions to a variety of (business) stakeholders effectively and comprehensibly- - Possesses strategic business acumen and understanding of organizational strategy.- Deep understanding of Application, Infrastructure, and security architecture and non-functional aspects like Performance, Scalability, Reliability, Availability, all the so-called capabilities” of a- Understanding of latest cloud computing and data technologies, business drivers, emerging computing trends, and deployment options- Expert in defining, designing, and developing distributed and scalable products and services, including reusable domain-specific microservices on multi-platform /hybrid clouds (such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Rackspace, VMware,- Able to navigate client stakeholders to facilitate work- Experience with Agile & DevSecOps methodologies- Excellent collaboration, interpersonal and communication skills- Broad understanding of various enterprise Technology, including service offerings, technical standards, and policies, technical and business strategies- Strong collaborator – willingness to share ideas, documentation, and leading practices- Conceptual and analytical thinker – ability to extract, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements/strategies.

- Define and implement AI-powered enterprise solutions that enable seamless data flow, security, and performance optimization.- Design scalable AI architectures, ensuring integration with existing enterprise ecosystems and regulatory frameworks.- Establish best practices for AI deployment, automation pipelines, and cloud-based model orchestration.- Architect high-performance AI/ML pipelines to enable real-time analytics, NLP, generative AI, and deep learning models.- Ensure AI-driven automation and intelligence are embedded into enterprise applications, ERP systems, and other digital platforms- Optimize AI models for scalability, efficiency, and cloud-native execution across global enterprise deployments.
