About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Data Science & Business Analytics Mentor. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with business acumen, guiding learners to apply data-driven insights in real-world scenarios.

Key Responsibilities;

• Mentor learners in Data Science, Business Analytics, and related tools/technologies.
• Conduct live classes, workshops, on to one doubt-clearing sessions and WhatsApp support.
• Provide project guidance and feedback to ensure hands-on learning.
• Share practical insights from industry experience, bridging the gap between theory and practice.
• Support learners with career-oriented guidance (resume building, interview prep, etc.).
• Provide personalized guidance on capstone projects and case studies.
• Teach practical applications of data science in business problem-solving and decision-making.
• Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to curriculum development to align with industry needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications;

• 3+ years of industry experience in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Python, R, SQL
• Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent)
• Statistics, Predictive Modeling, Machine Learning
• Business Analytics techniques (forecasting, optimization, dashboards, KPIs)
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Preferred Skills;

• Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with Big Data tools (Hadoop, Spark).
• Prior mentoring, teaching, or corporate training experience.

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 9 months

Pay: ₹200.00 - ₹350.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
