As a Senior Data Specialist in Reporting within the Pharmacovigilance (PV) domain, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying multi-dimensional reports using BI Tools like Cognos or OBIEE Business Intelligence solution. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and deploying multi-dimensional reports using BI Tools like Cognos or OBIEE Business Intelligence solution - Utilizing Oracle PL/SQL for writing efficient SQL queries - Creating excel-based and RTF template-based OBIEE Reports - Demonstrating a strong understanding of database concepts, with additional experience in any ETL tool being advantageous - Applying your expertise in DW concepts and analytical skills - Ensuring performance tuning to maintain reports within acceptable parameters - Collaborating with business users to design and develop Custom Reports using BI Tools - Preparing designs and code for various Custom Reporting objects while adhering to industry best practices - Understanding business requirements, relational databases, and data models - Authoring installation specifications and conducting unit testing - Creating project documentation/deliverables and contributing to client demo sessions/workshops It is essential that you have a minimum of 6 years of experience in the PV domain and possess a B. Tech/B.E./MCA education background. Additionally, being proficient in pharmacovigilance is a mandatory requirement for this role.
