Data Reporting Lead - Pharmacovigilance

As a Senior Data Specialist in Reporting within Pharmacovigilance (PV) domain, your role will involve designing, developing, and deploying multi-dimensional reports using a Business Intelligence (BI) Tool, preferably Cognos or OBIEE. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and deploying multi-dimensional reports using a BI Tool such as Cognos or OBIEE Business Intelligence solution. - Utilizing Oracle PL/SQL for writing efficient SQL queries. - Creating excel-based and RTF template-based OBIEE Reports. - Demonstrating proficiency in database concepts and having experience with any ETL tool. - Applying your understanding of Data Warehouse (DW) concepts and analytical skills. - Conducting performance tuning to ensure reports function within acceptable parameters. - Collaborating with business users to design and develop Custom Reports using a BI Tool. - Preparing designs and code for various Custom Reporting objects while ensuring compliance with industry best practices. - Understanding business requirements, relational databases, and data models. - Authoring installation specifications and executing unit testing. - Being responsible for authoring project documentation/deliverables. - Facilitating/contributing to client demo sessions/workshops.
