Data & Records Business Partner

Role Overview: As a Data & Records Business Partner at Barclays, you will spearhead the evolution of the digital landscape and drive innovation and excellence. Your main responsibility will be to harness cutting-edge technology to revolutionize the digital offerings, ensuring unparalleled customer experiences. You will work as part of a team of developers to deliver a technology stack, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand business requirements and deliver quality solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with the local business unit to ensure successful implementation of data & records governance frameworks as appropriate to the needs of the business unit. - Provide guidance and support on records classification, retention, storage, retrieval, and disposal to business units. - Monitor local data quality and records metrics and identify areas for improvement. - Identify opportunities for data improvement and optimization. - Partner with the relevant business unit to support their data priorities and ensure appropriate decisions related to data & records are embedded in their BAU decision-making and change programs. Qualifications Required: - Experience with Data & Record Governance, Data Lineage, Data Quality, Data Glossary, and MDM. - Proficiency in Data Analysis (SQL) and Data Profiling, Data Warehouse. - Knowledge of Data Management and Retail Banking Domain. - Highly valued skills in Python, Tableau, AWS.
