Data Quality Manager

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead data quality initiatives for the Data Engineering and Analytics and Business Intelligence teams, ensuring high standards of data integrity and accuracy. Collaborate with the Data Desk team to identify and address data quality issues, leveraging insights from manual fixes to inform automation efforts. Work closely with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines that enhance data quality and streamline processes. Develop and maintain data quality metrics, dashboards, and reports to monitor data quality performance across various zones. Implement and optimize data quality processes and procedures, focusing on automation to reduce manual intervention. Engage with stakeholders across different zones to understand their data quality needs and provide strategic recommendations. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to data quality and automation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience of at least 7+ years in data quality management, data governance, or a similar role. Experience in leading data quality initiatives and implementing data quality frameworks. Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, with proficiency in Informatica, Python, and SQL. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with data quality tools and technologies is a plus.
