About the role

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our organization as a Data Analyst.
The role will have a wide range of responsibility, which include supporting data-driven decision making within our organization.
The role will add immense value to the role holder through enhancement of technical knowledge, research skills and exposure to technologies suite in the PropTech domain.
Responsibilities
Utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyse complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
Demonstrating exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and precision in all analyses.
Assisting in the development and prioritization of Data Quality Rules based on business requirements.
Conducting quality assurance checks to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and reliability.
Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey analytical findings.
Displaying a demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proactively identifies opportunities to optimize the performance and efficiency of existing processes/procedures.
Ensures proper escalation, prioritization, and remediation of data quality issues.

Experience & Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a quantitative discipline in science, business, or social science.
Fresher / 1+ year of work experience in the fields of Analysis, Researching, , Data management.
Excellent technical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Technical Skills & Competencies
Good technical writing, documentation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, positive attitude and a team player.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to deal with large volumes of data.
Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure, and effectively prioritize and manage time and workload to meet client needs.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as MS Excel, Python, R, SQL, or others
