Data Pull Analyst- BLR Location

You will be responsible for handling Data Pull & Analysis requests from Internal Tax & Treasury stakeholders. Your duties will include creating a plan of action for these requests, documenting requirements, identifying data sources in Fusion OPC (Oracle Public Cloud), and collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. You will also be tasked with performing data reconciliations and validations to ensure data outputs align with various tax returns filed with authorities. Furthermore, you will be expected to host meetings with both internal and external stakeholders to review data pull requirements, present project status updates for alignment, and create data output templates in Excel based on stakeholder requirements. It will be essential to complete assigned milestones within specified timelines, design and prepare PowerPoint presentations for management/auditors, and conduct analysis on data sets to derive desired results. Collaboration with internal and external teams within Oracle will be crucial to gather necessary supporting documentation. Additionally, you must have a professional commitment to quality work and a willingness to learn new skills. As an Oracle Tax & Treasury PMO Contractor (Data Analyst), you should hold a CA/BA/BS/Bcom in Finance (MS/MBA is a plus) with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Data Analytics within the Finance/Tax/Treasury Domain. Experience in executing key Corporate Tax and/or Treasury tasks is preferred, such as Tax planning, provision, filing, audit support, and administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and related business analysis tools is essential. Additionally, you should excel in facilitating discussions, documenting inputs from business and Subject Matter Experts, possess strong written and verbal communication skills for senior executive engagement, and be detail-oriented and analytical to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
