Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience as a 

  Data Modeler or Data Architect

  .
• Strong hands-on experience with 

  IBM UDMH

   in a healthcare environment.
• Expertise in 

  ER modeling tools

   and methodologies.
• Proficiency in 

  SQL

   with solid understanding of relational, dimensional, and normalized modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards (

  HL7, FHIR, ICD, CPT, etc.

  ) is a plus.
• Knowledge of 

  data warehousing concepts and ETL processes

  .
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with both business and technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with 

  cloud data platforms

   (Azure, GCP).
• Exposure to 

  big data ecosystems

   (Hadoop, Spark).
• Knowledge of 

  data governance and Master Data Management (MDM)

   practices.
