Required Skills & Experience:
•8+ years of experience as a Data Modeler or Data Architect.
•Strong hands-on experience with IBM UDMH in a healthcare environment.
•Expertise in ER modeling tools .
•Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational, dimensional, and normalized modeling techniques.
•Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD, CPT, etc.) is a plus.
•Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
•Strong communication skills for working with business and technical stakeholders.
Nice-to-Have:
•Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, GCP).
•Exposure to big data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark).
•Data governance and master data management (MDM) experience.
