Job Description: NLP & ML Engineer

We are looking for an experienced NLP & Machine Learning Engineer with strong Python skills and hands-on expertise in modern NLP tools and ML Ops practices. Key responsibilities and requirements include:

• NLP Techniques: Proficient in text preprocessing, tokenization, lemmatization, NER, and n-grams using NLTK, SpaCy, and Gensim.
• Text Vectorization & Embeddings: Experience with Count Vectorizer, TF-IDF, Word2Vec, GloVe, FastText, Sentence Transformers, and OpenAI embeddings.
• Machine Learning: Skilled in supervised/unsupervised learning for text classification, topic modelling (classification, regression, clustering) using scikit-learn.
  Hands-on with LDA, BERTopic, and other unsupervised text analysis methods.
• Deep Learning & Transformers: Experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face, fine-tuning LLMs (BERT, RoBERTa, GPT), and GPU acceleration (CUDA).
• Web Scraping: Knowledge of data extraction using BeautifulSoup/Selenium, including app store review scraping.
• Time Series & Visualization: Familiar with Prophet for forecasting and anomaly detection and visualization using Matplotlib and Seaborn.
• Modern AI Tools: Proficient in OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering, Hugging Face tasks (sentiment analysis, zero shot classification, translation summarization, etc.), and vector databases like FAISS/Qdrant.
• Finetunig LLMs (Hugging Face and PyTorch): Skilled in fine-tuning LLMs using Hugging Face and PyTorch for tasks like text classification and translation.
  Knowledgeable of CUDA for GPU acceleration with PyTorch and well-versed in Transformer architecture, including Tokenization, Vectorization, Attention Mechanism, Activation Functions, Encoder and Decoder Models Transformer (BERT, RoBERTa, and GPT).
• Model Deployment: Experienced in building end-to-end ML pipelines using Kubeflow and Docker, with strong knowledge of deploying models on Google Cloud (BigQuery) and automating workflows via GitLab CI/CD. Skilled in MLOps practices, including containerization, pipeline orchestration, and cloud-native deployment.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a Graduate

• Data Science/ Machine Learning Educational Credentials

• 4-5 years of experience with NLP and Machine Learning

• Exposure to ML Ops practices, Cloud technologies

• Self Learning and Research Attitude

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Comfortable working and communicating across teams

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
