Data Migration & Integration Lead

As a Data Migration & Integration Lead at our organization, you will play a crucial role as a Center of Excellence (CoE) leader, overseeing teams responsible for ensuring seamless data movement, transformation, and integration within the Salesforce ecosystems. Your primary focus will be on maintaining accuracy, reliability, and performance across all integration touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: - Define and implement strategies for managing complex data migrations and integrations effectively. - Utilize best practices for data cleansing, deduplication, and error handling to ensure data integrity. - Design data and process integration frameworks using tools such as MuleSoft, Informatica, or Boomi. - Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to guarantee end-to-end data integrity. - Develop accelerators, templates, and reusable utilities to streamline delivery efficiency. - Provide mentorship to team members and drive technical upskilling initiatives. Qualifications: - 8-12 years of experience in Salesforce integration and data migration. - Hands-on expertise with middleware tools like MuleSoft, Informatica Cloud, or Boomi. - Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, APIs, and ETL processes. - Preferably hold certifications such as Salesforce Data Architect or MuleSoft. - Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
