Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Manager with at least 3 years of experience to oversee data operations and ensure efficient data handling, integrity, and accessibility. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Excel, SQL, Python, and Power BI , and will play a key role in supporting business decisions through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities: Manage, maintain, and ensure the integrity of large data sets across various platforms. Develop and automate reports and dashboards using Power BI for real-time decision-making. Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases. Use Python for data cleaning, analysis, and building automation tools. Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accurate business intelligence reporting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support. Establish data governance protocols and ensure data security and compliance. Train team members and stakeholders on best practices in data handling and visualization. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a data management or data analysis role. Proficient in Microsoft Excel , including advanced functions and data modeling. Strong knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and extraction. Experience with Python for scripting and data processing (pandas, numpy, etc.). Proficiency in Power BI for creating dashboards and visual reports. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and compliance standards.
