Job Description

As a Data Manager, you will be responsible for handling data collection, organization, protection, and analysis to support business growth, particularly in the insurance sector. Your key responsibilities will include building and managing databases using data from various sources such as insurance renewals, promotions, and external data. You will also be tasked with distributing data to Business Development Officers (BDOs), tracking its usage, and ensuring data security by limiting access and updating passwords regularly. In addition, you will monitor team performance, track follow-ups, and ensure fair data allocation. It will be your responsibility to manage CRM software, provide training to team members, and offer support where needed. You will also play a role in supporting digital marketing efforts by creating content, managing promotions, and tracking leads. Furthermore, you will be expected to analyze business performance and propose strategies for improvement and growth. Overall, this role requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage data to drive business success, collaborate with team members, maintain data security, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.,
