Data Management Techno-functional Consultant

The opportunity As a Data Migration Specialist at Hitachi Energy, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing comprehensive data migration strategies. Your responsibilities will include analyzing legacy systems, designing and implementing ETL processes using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS), and optimizing BODS jobs for performance and reliability. You will provide functional expertise in SAP SD, MM, and PP modules to ensure accurate data alignment, drive data quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and documentation. Your background To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field and have at least 8 years of experience in SAP data migration, including experience with SAP S/4HANA (preferred). You should be proficient in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) and other data migration tools, possess strong functional knowledge of SAP SD, MM, and PP modules, and be skilled in data analysis, cleansing, and transformation techniques. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team environments.
