Ensuring the security policies and procedures of PhantomFX and its clients are fully adhered to. Coordinating with artists, Production and Editorial to ensure required assets are available. Fulfill client sends and downloads. Manage the tracking and allocation of physical media drives both internally and externally. Working a shift pattern occasionally to support the global needs of the business. Coordinating review session between multiple sites and clients globally. Work with clients and imaging department on review specs on projects. Setup and test all telecommunication devices and platforms. Coordinating delivery of all material for reviews Requirements Essential Skills: Highly organized Good project management skillsGood written and verbal communication skills Able to work within a team towards a common goal Basic understanding of common file formats and resolution.
