Job Description

. We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Data Analyst Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Data Goverce Team.

This role is designed to attract young, motivated talents who are passionate about digital transformation, scalable analytics, and deliver measurable ROI. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Data Bricks, Power BI, Azure Data Lake, and SAP ERP S/4HANA to build integrated analytics solutions that answer real business needs and support enterprise-wide decision-making.

How you ll make an impact:

Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support business decision-making.
Integrate and transform data from multiple sources including Azure Databricks, Azure SQL, Excel, APIs, and cloud data lakes.
Build and optimize data models in Power BI using DAX and Power Query.
Collaborate with SAP, Data Lake, and other ERP teams to design and develop the required data models.
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure data quality and consistency.
Implement row-level security and access controls in Power BI.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Optimize performance of Power BI reports and underlying data queries.
Stay updated with the latest features in Power BI, Gen AI, and data integration technologies.
Support the adoption of generative AI and digital analytics, ensuring data readiness and quality for AI-powered solutions.
Promote data literacy and share knowledge across teams.
Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

Bachelor s or master s degree in data science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
Should have 6+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a SME capacity.
Solid understanding of SAP data models (ERP S/4HANA, SAP MDG).
SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) experience.
ABAP Reporting & Implemented and maintained CI/CD workflows using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
CDMP certification, Exposure to enterprise data lakes and data mesh architecture.
Certification in Power BI or Azure Data Engineering.
Knowledge into MS Fabric, SAP BDC, SFDC Data Cloud
Solid knowledge on Data Goverce principle (DAMA DMBoK v2)
Proven expertise in Data Bricks (Apache Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow).
Strong proficiency in Power BI DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and dashboarding.
Experience with SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional data initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required.
