- Collaborate with data engineering, data science, and business teams to define data governance policies and standards. - Implement and manage data classification, lineage, and cataloging processes in Microsoft Purview. - Develop strategies for data quality, data security, and compliance with regulations such as GDPR and CCPA. - Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate teams on data governance best practices and the use of Microsoft Purview tools. - Monitor and optimize the performance of data governance solutions, ensuring they meet the organization's needs. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
