Data Entry Operator/Record Assistant

Job Summary:

The Data Entry Operator is responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in computer systems and databases. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, speed, and accuracy to ensure that all records are correctly processed and stored.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data into relevant databases, systems, and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently.
• Verify data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering information when errors are detected.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and follow data protection protocols.
• Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
• Generate routine reports as required.

Assist in other administrative tasks as required by the department.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and data entry software.
• Fast typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vishakhapatnam, Visakhapatnam - 530016, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
