Data Entry Operator/Record Assistant

As a Data Entry Operator, your role involves entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in computer systems and databases. Your attention to detail, speed, and accuracy are crucial to ensure that all records are correctly processed and stored. - Enter and update data accurately and efficiently into relevant databases, systems, and spreadsheets. - Verify data for errors and make corrections as needed to maintain accuracy. - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data protection protocols. - Prepare, compile, and organize documents for data entry. - Generate routine reports as necessary. Additionally, you will assist in other administrative tasks as required by the department. To excel in this role, you should have: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional computer training or certification is a plus. - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and data entry software. - Fast typing skills with a high level of accuracy. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
