Record Keeping : Maintain effective record-keeping practices, organizing files for easy retrieval and future use. Data Verification : Verify the accuracy of data entered and ensure it meets quality standards by cross-referencing with published sources. Document Preparation : Prepare documents for data entry, including transcribing information from paper formats into digital files. Error Correction : Identify and correct errors in data entries, ensuring data integrity and compliance with security policies. Reporting : Generate reports and summaries as required, providing insights based on the data collected. Required Skills and Qualifications Attention to Detail : Strong focus on accuracy and detail to minimize errors in data entry. Typing Skills : Proficient typing skills with a high degree of speed and accuracy. Technical Proficiency : Familiarity with data entry software, spreadsheets, and database management systems (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite). Organizational Skills : Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Communication Skills : Good written and verbal communication skills for interacting with team members and management.
