J ob Title: Data Entry Operator Location: Lanjigarh, Odisha Department: Accountant Reports To: Site In charge Employment Type: Full Time Salary Budget: 18k to 22k (Depend Interview) Experience Required: 1 to 2 Years Job Summary : We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and updating data into our systems and databases, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of company information Key Responsibilities :  Enter and update data in databases, spreadsheets, and company systems with speed and accuracy.  Verify data by comparing it to source documents.  Review and correct data to ensure accuracy and completeness.  Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform regular backups.  Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested.  Perform regular audits to ensure data quality.  Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information securely.  Assist with administrative tasks and document handling as needed. Requirements :  Proven experience as a data entry operator or oƯice clerk.  Excellent typing speed and accuracy.  Proficient in Microsoft OƯice Suite (especially Excel) and data entry software.  Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors.  Organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Skills :  Experience with database management systems.  Familiarity with oƯice equipment such as printers and scanners.  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
