Data Entry Operator/Computer Operator

As a Data Entry Operator at our company, your role will involve entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in Excel sheets and company databases. You will be responsible for preparing, compiling, and sorting documents for data entry, as well as verifying and reviewing data for errors or inconsistencies. Maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information will be crucial, along with generating reports and performing basic data analysis in Excel when required. Timely completion of assigned data entry tasks and assisting in preparing documentation and spreadsheets will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in Excel sheets and company databases. - Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry. - Verify and review data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies. - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information. - Generate reports and perform basic data analysis in Excel when required. - Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry tasks. - Assist in preparing documentation, spreadsheets, and other administrative tasks. Qualifications Required: - 1-2 years of proven experience as a Data Entry Operator. - Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, formatting, basic functions) and MS Office tools. - Fast and accurate typing speed with attention to detail. - Good communication and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Knowledge of data management procedures will be an added advantage.
