Job Description

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator with 1 year of experience and working knowledge of Tally to manage accurate data entry and basic accounting records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update data accurately in company systems and records
  • Maintain purchase, sales, and expense entries in Tally
  • Prepare invoices, vouchers, and basic accounting entries
  • Verify data for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain files, records, and documentation (physical & digital)
  • Generate reports using MS Excel when required
  • Coordinate with accounts and admin teams for data clarification
  • Ensure confidentiality and data security at all times

Skills & Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Data Entry Operator
  • Knowledge of Tally ERP (basic to intermediate level)
  • Proficiency in MS Excel & MS Word
  • Good typing speed with high accuracy(35-45WPM)
  • Basic understanding of accounting concepts
  • Attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
